Service
Warranty policy:
We warrant that new equipment to be free from defects
in workmanship and materials for a period of 13 months
(four months for accessories) from shipment date under
normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty
is limited to repairing, at our option, any part which
is upon our examination proved defective.
The warranty shall not
extend to any instrument that:
1) has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents;
2) caused by modification or repair by anyone except
us or our designated person;
3) from which our original serial number tag or product
identification markings have been altered or removed.
Parts will be available for a maximum period of five
(5) years after any equipment has been discontinued.
Parts shall include all materials, instructions, diagrams
and accessories that were furnished with the standard
models.
Return and Freight:
Be sure to confirm with
our sales before any return, machine or parts, to avoid
customs problem.
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for
freight & insurance charges when the equipment and/or
parts is shipped to us for service (this includes custom
charges). We are responsible for the freight & insurance
charges from us to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any
freight & insurance charges.
Technical Training:
We provide free service
training to the technical personnel from the distributors
with respect to the products and will further provide
technical assistance immediately via e-mail or fax as
requested by the distributors within 24 hours. The training
will be performed at site in NINGBO and ZIBO. The transportation
and accommodation expenses are on the distributors'
account.
Technical support:
Our in-house engineers are here to assist you. Your
assigned engineer will work with you in a one-on-one
atmosphere to satisfy your needs and requirements. To
help our staff identify the best products for your office,
they are trained strictly by the product manufacturer
in every technical aspect of their products.
Also our instruments would
be followed up for its running condition by our sales
department usually for its whole using life according
to our sales file recordings. So you would receive our
investigation form occasionally for your equipment's
feedback so that we could make more progress to your
customers in future.
